Our NFTs will never be associated with hateful content

We are utilising the “Can’t Be Evil” License (as championed by a16z), which grants holders non-exclusive commercial rights subject to a termination for hate speech (CBE-COMMERCIAL-NO-HATE).

This means that holders have the right to use their NFTs for both personal and commercial purposes, but we as the creator retain exploitation rights for marketing purposes. Furthermore, this type of licensing agreement ensures via code that holders can’t be evil.

We at Go Human believe that every single human deserves to feel safe and have their identity respected. As a result, we have adopted the hate speech termination in our licensing agreement to ensure that our art cannot be used in the furtherance of such activities. This function prevents the use of Go Human NFTs in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, racist, hateful, vulgar, cruel, illegal or obscene, or that promotes any such activity.
